The Hershey Eagles Military Hockey Club was formed in the summer of 2024 and became an official non-profit organization in 2025. We are an organization aimed at providing an outlet for our nation's current and former service members through the sport of ice hockey. We foster a military community for veterans who often experience a sense of isolation following their service. Our roster is a testament to service, comprised of over 65 active duty, reserve, and veteran service members and climbing, If you have served, this team is for you! The diversity of our ranks ranges from junior enlisted motor transport operators who completed four years of service to officers who served a majority of their professional careers in the Special Operations Community. Notably our roster contains:
DISABLED VETERANS
PURPLE HEART RECIPIENTS
DECORATIONS FOR VALOR IN COMBAT
The Hershey Eagles aim to empower service members and veterans through ice hockey, fostering growth in physical, mental, and spiritual aspects. Beyond the ice, we restore a sense of military belonging to our players and give back to our community through:
